Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Slayo, operated by The Leo Apps, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. What Slayo does
Slayo lets you upload a single video and publish it to multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) at once, and view aggregated analytics and AI-generated insights for what you’ve posted. Publishing and analytics happen by calling each platform’s API using OAuth tokens you authorize.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use Slayo. You must also have the right to use and publish the content and accounts you connect.
4. Your accounts
You’re responsible for the YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram accounts you connect, and for keeping your access to them secure. Disconnecting an account in Settings removes the stored OAuth tokens for that platform.
5. Third-party platforms
Slayo relies on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram APIs. Your use of those platforms through Slayo is also governed by their terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service and API Services Terms, the Google Privacy Policy, the TikTok Terms of Service and Developer policies, and the Meta / Instagram Terms. By using Slayo you agree to comply with each platform’s terms. Platforms may change, rate-limit, or revoke API access at any time, which can affect Slayo’s functionality.
6. Platform rules
Content you publish through Slayo must comply with the rules of every platform it’s posted to (YouTube Community Guidelines, TikTok Community Guidelines, Instagram Community Guidelines and Terms of Use). Slayo doesn’t review or moderate the content you upload.
7. Your content
You retain all rights to the videos and metadata you upload. Slayo claims no ownership over your content. You grant Slayo only the minimum permissions needed to perform the actions you request: uploading the file to the destination platforms and reading the resulting analytics.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t use Slayo to publish content that’s unlawful, infringing, or violates a platform’s rules; don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service; don’t use it to impersonate someone or to send spam.
9. No warranty
Slayo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Third-party platforms can change, rate-limit, or revoke API access at any time, and Slayo can’t guarantee that every publish or analytics fetch will succeed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slayo and The Leo Apps are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You can stop using Slayo at any time by disconnecting your platforms in Settings. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms or the connected platforms’ rules.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to The Leo Apps’ place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Slayo after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
